As a Clinical Supervisor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human services field (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field (minimum required)
- Independently licensed, LCADC, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists) OR CADC (certified drug and alcohol counselor)
- License must be in good standing and maintained throughout employment
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical skills planning including the setting of short- and long-term goals for the clinical program, safety of staff and clients, physical plant, record maintenance and effective therapeutic treatment of clients.
- Be responsible for initiating and maintaining cooperative and effective community program relations.
- Interpret policy and procedures to staff and clients as needed to ensure their compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accrediting agencies.
- Assist in the development and revision of clinical skills policies and procedures as needed.
- Will review all clients' case records to ensure proper documentation and forms
- Assist in staff development and training activities including the clinical orientation of new employees.
